Anyone can practice yoga! Our yoga classes are designed for “all levels” and beginners are encouraged to join any class that fits their schedule. We foster an environment of acceptance, diversity, and non-judgement, so in class do your personal best and rest as needed. No judgements!
What To Expect
All classes are heated to approximately 95 degrees (unless otherwise stated) so be prepared to SWEAT! Expect a challenging practice that will leave you feeling relaxed, yet invigorated!
What To Bring
The three necessities are a towel, mat, and water. Feel free to rent a mat and towel for $1 each, or bring your own! We practice barefoot to honor the sanctity of the yoga space.

Dana Hot Yoga offers 3 classes for only $40.00 to all new and local practitioners. Once you complete your trial, we have a variety of yoga class packages and scheduling options to choose from.

Learn to Teach
This program is a 200-hour certified Yoga Alliance® teacher training designed for yoga practitioners interested in deepening their practice, as well as for aspiring teachers who want to live and teach authentically. We will provide a tool-kit to approach teaching with confidence and intelligence.
