Please follow the directions to begin the redemption process.
1. Click the Schedule Tab (written in white toward the middle/upper right hand corner of the page)
2. Choose any of the sign up tabs (small gray boxes/black writing)
3. Begin creating an account by selecting the right most box titled “New to Our Site”.
4. Follow the prompts on the next page to create an account. (please include an accurate email address as this is method of providing receipts of purchase and confirmations of scheduled classes/events).
5. Once you’ve completed populating all the necessary fields click the “Create an Account Tab”.
Once your account has been created you can stop. If you try signing up for a class beyond this point and are directed to choose a package this is further confirmation your account has been created and you do not need to proceed further. Your next step will be to physically bring the voucher into the studio of your choice in order for us to validate/activate the promotion in our system. This may be presented in paper format or on your smart phone. We allow up to 12 walk-in spaces per class accommodated on a first come first serve basis. With that said, we recommend folks arrive at least 25-30 minutes before class begins to secure their spots. Thanks again for contacting us we look forward to flowing with you in the near future.

To ensure to promotions are fair and equitable to all guest we must strictly follow the rules governing them.[/vc_column_text][/vc_accordion_tab][vc_accordion_tab title=”May I Make a phone or email reservation for class?” title_color=”#ffffff” background_color=”#000000″][vc_column_text]Unfortunately, we are unable to take phone or email reservations. Despite our online reservation system being full: we allow up to 16 walk-in spaces per class accommodated on a first come first serve basis. With that said, we recommend folks arrive at least 25-30 minutes before class begins to secure a spot.[/vc_column_text][/vc_accordion_tab][vc_accordion_tab title=”May I reserve a single class online?” title_color=”#ffffff” background_color=”#000000″][vc_column_text]Unfortunately, it is not possible to reserve a single class online. However, there are a number of different options to attend our regularly scheduled classes. For existing members we have an online reservation system which allows patrons to schedule classes remotely. In addition to online reservations we allow up to 16 walk-in spaces per class accommodated on a first come first serve basis. With that said, if your are interested in dropping in for a single visit we recommend arriving at least 25-30 minutes before class begins to secure your spot.[/vc_column_text][/vc_accordion_tab][vc_accordion_tab title=”How do I purchase the two week unlimited package for new students?” title_color=”#ffffff” background_color=”#000000″][vc_column_text]For newcomers we offer a 2 week unlimited membership for $25 which can be purchased online through our schedule page. Please follow the directions below to make online purchases and reservations.
1. Click the Schedule (in white upper right hand of the page)
2. Choose the desired date to schedule your class by clicking any of the sign up tabs
3. Begin creating an account by using the right most box titled new to our site.
4. Follow the prompts on the next page to create an account. (please include your email address as this will be the best method in providing receipts of purchase and confirmation of scheduling classes and events).
5. Once you’ve completed populating all the necessary fields click the create an account tab.
6. Re-select the desired class and choose a membership package (At this point select the NEVER BEEN TO DANA BEFORE 2 week unlimited) to reserve your space.[/vc_column_text][/vc_accordion_tab][vc_accordion_tab title=”What should I wear to Dana Hot Yoga?” title_color=”#ffffff” background_color=”#000000″][vc_column_text]Please wear any clothing that you are comfortable moving around in. We practice barefoot, and since the room is heated to about 95 degrees, you may want to refrain from wearing heavy fabrics.[/vc_column_text][/vc_accordion_tab][vc_accordion_tab title=”I don’t see a signup button. Is the class full?” title_color=”#ffffff” background_color=”#000000″][vc_column_text]When a sign up button is no longer present on the schedule, it simply mean that 20 people have reserved, causing the online reservation system is already full. However, we always leave space for first come, first serve customers to show up. We suggest arriving at least 20 minutes ahead of time without a reservation.[/vc_column_text][/vc_accordion_tab][vc_accordion_tab title=”How far in advance can I make a reservation?” title_color=”#ffffff” background_color=”#000000″][vc_column_text]Reservations can be made up to 6 days in advance.[/vc_column_text][/vc_accordion_tab][vc_accordion_tab title=”What is the Monthly Unlimited Membership?” title_color=”#ffffff” background_color=”#000000″][vc_column_text]This monthly unlimited program is great for those who practice 3 or more times a week. It allows unlimited access to our regularly scheduled class through an autodebit program that bills on either the 1st or the 15th of the month with a credit card on file. Please note, there is a three month MINIMUM requirement before the membership can be terminated. Without notification of intent to cancel, the membership will continue on an ongoing monthly basis.[/vc_column_text][/vc_accordion_tab][vc_accordion_tab title=”How do I cancel or put my monthly membership on hold?” title_color=”#ffffff” background_color=”#000000″][vc_column_text]We cannot put unlimited monthly memberships on hold. This program is either all or nothing! To cancel, we require at least two weeks notice to end payments. So if you’d like your membership to end on the 1st of the month, we will need notification by the 15th of the month before. We have mat and towel rentals for $1 a piece. You can purchase water for $2. Feel free to bring your own supplies, if you have them. We also suggest a large towel to cover the map, as this style of yoga tends to get slippery.[/vc_column_text][/vc_accordion_tab][vc_accordion_tab title=”Are the classes appropriate for Yoga beginners?” title_color=”#ffffff” background_color=”#000000″][vc_column_text]The yoga class is for all levels from the beginner to most advanced student. There are always ways to modify for new yogi’s, so beginners are welcome to join any class. We encourage beginners to pace themselves in class, rest as needed, and realize that yoga is a process that cannot be rushed. Bala has metered parking from 9am-6pm. One dollar in change will get you two hours of time. There is also additional parking in the BMW lot across the street, as well as the Cynwyd train station. Glenside has street parking up to 4 hours on Mt. Carmel ave (no meters). But you can determine your own intensity with which you work in each pose. Your first few classes may be difficult. You might feel dizzy or even nauseous, but those symptoms will soon pass and you will witness the emergence of a new strength and vitality.     Practitioners of hot yoga believe the heat extends the ability of the ligaments, tendons and muscles. Immersing yourself in hot yoga practice is said to:
    • release toxins
    • improve flexibility and range of motion
    • increase the chances of weight loss
    • develop muscle tone
    • build the immune system
    Proponents of the practice also believe that hot yoga exercise reduces the symptoms of certain chronic illnesses, such as thyroid disorders, arthritis and circulatory problems.
